Town house in Vejer de la Frontera, one of the most beautiful "white villages"
in Spain, with a view of the Atlantic ocean and Africa.
The house is located within the historical
old town, not far from the old city wall and the castle. From the nearest
parking you can reach the building within 2 minutes over a walkway and enter
the house through a "patio commun". There is room for up to 10 persons,
split in two independent apartments:
Apartment 1 - In the lower floor you will find a bedroom with full-size bed, a bathroom and hall, in which the washing machine is located. On the upper floor, which you can reach over patio stairs, there is the living-/sleeping-room with a comfortable, extendable studio couch for two persons, a dining room, kitchen and bathroom. This apartment is arranged in a convenient and modern way. Altogether the housing space comes to 70 m² with additional 30 m² roof-deck, from where you have a staggering view over the town, the lowlands, the Atlantic ocean and Africa. Apartment 2 - This domicil is on the first floor, accessible through the patio stairs. Available here are one bedroom with a fullsize bed, living room with studio-couch for one person, an office with an extendable bed for one person, kitchen as well as a small bathroom with shower. The total space is about 60 m². The original state of the apartment has been kept as far as possible (e.g. old stone-floor and ceiling with wood truss), to maintain the timeless atmosphere. This apartment is generally recommended for longer-term rental, and no access to the roof patio is available. Thia apartment can also be combined with Apartment 1 with access through the private patio, enabling comfortable accomodation of up to 8persons.
